AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE BLACKWATER DRAW PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to expand the Blackwater Draw program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
