AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN THE SAN JUAN COUNTY AREA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to contract for provision of emergency management services in the San Juan county area. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
