MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR RECURRING CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER PROGRAM NEEDS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of western New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to fund recurring child development center program needs at western New Mexico university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund..131195.1
