AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A WORKER TRAINING PROGRAM AT DONA ANA BRANCH COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for the Dona Ana branch community college for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to establish a worker training program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
