Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 45

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 5, strike "secretary of public safety" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico law enforcement academy board".

2. On page 2, line 12, strike "law enforcement".

3. On page 2, line 12, after "programs" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 13 up to the comma.

4. On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "secretary of public safety" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico law enforcement academy board".

5. On page 2, lines 20 and 21, strike "secretary of public safety" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico law enforcement academy board".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
