SENATE BILL 178

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "CREATING THE PLUGGING AND REMEDIATING ABANDONED WELLS FUND;".

    2. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "PLUGGING AND REMEDIATING ABANDONED WELLS" and insert in lieu thereof "OIL AND GAS RECLAMATION".

    3. On page 1, line 25, strike "--PLUGGING AND REMEDIATING ABANDONED WELLS".

    4. On page 2, line 1, strike "FUND--CREATION".

    5. On page 2, strike lines 15 through 21.

    6. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    7. On page 3, line 1, strike "plugging and remediating abandoned wells fund" and insert in lieu thereof "oil and gas reclamation fund administered by the oil conservation division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department".

    8. On page 9, lines 6 and 7, strike "or the environment or for the use of produced water".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
