SENATE BILL 160

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, after "GUIDELINES", strike "; REQUIRING POLICY EVALUATIONS".

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma, and after "smartphone", insert "or smartwatch".

    3. On page 3, strike lines 5 through 9.

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    5. On page 3, line 19, after the period, insert a closing quotation mark and strike lines 20 through 25.

    6. On page 4, strike lines 1 through 4.,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
