has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 4, strike "average" and insert in lieu thereof "median".

    2. On page 5, line 11, strike "average" and insert in lieu thereof "median".

     3. On page 8, line 2, before the period, insert "if the value of the stock would be equal to or greater than the amount that the business must compensate".

    4. On page 8, line 17, strike "fourth degree felony" and insert in lieu thereof "misdemeanor".

    5. On page 8, line 18, strike "Section 31-18-15" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsection B of Section 30-1-6",

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
