    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 109

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 25, after "least", strike the remainder of

the line and insert in lieu thereof "two hours of ethics at a course

by such educational institution or by a recognized provider of a

professional licensing board by which a commissioner is licensed in

each". 

    2. On page 6, line 17, after the comma, strike the remainder

of the line, strike all of lines 18 through 20 and insert in lieu

thereof "the matter shall be referred to the ethics commission for

review, sanctions and discipline."".

    3. On page 8, line 23, strike "A commissioner or employee" and

insert in lieu thereof "Commissioners and employees".

    4. On page 9, line 4, strike "five dollars ($5.00)" and insert

in lieu thereof "twenty dollars ($20.00)".

    5. On page 13, line 17, before the period, insert "and on the

agency's website".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
