    1. On page 3, line 23, after the comma, insert ""audiology licensing board",".

    2. On page 8, line 9, strike "seeking privilege to practice".

    3. On page 9, line 13, strike "licensing board" and insert in lieu thereof "commission".

    4. On page 9, lines 23 and 24, strike "seeking privilege to practice".

    5. On page 27, line 5, strike "QUALIFIED IMMUNITY,".

    6. On page 27, lines 7 through 19, strike Subsection A.

    7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
