    1.  On page 2, line 18, strike "department of health" and insert in lieu thereof "early childhood education and care department".

    2.  On page 2, line 19, strike "department of health" and insert in lieu thereof "early childhood education and care department".

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
