has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 8, strike "an existing" and insert in lieu thereof "a".

    2. On page 4, line 9, strike "used by the federal government".

    3. On page 4, line 13, after the period, insert "The departments shall ensure that data from tribal and indigenous communities are included in the data used by the data tool.".

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
