has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 1, after the first occurrence of "a", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 2 and strike line 3 up to "for" and insert in lieu thereof "federal food and drug administration-approved medication that does not have a federal food and drug administration-approved indication".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
