has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike all senate rules committee amendments.
2. On page 1, line 12, strike "MAJOR".
3. On page 2, line 9, strike the comma and the remainder of the line, strike line 10 and strike line 11 through the comma.
4. On page 3, line 4, after "voter", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 5 and strike line 6 through the comma and insert in lieu thereof "who has declined to designate on the voter's certificate of registration a party affiliation".
5. On page 7, line 13, strike the comma and the remainder of the line, strike line 14 and strike line 15 through the comma.
6. On page 8, line 21, strike the comma and the remainder of the line, strike line 22 and strike line 23 through the comma.
7. On page 10, line 4, strike the comma, strike line 5 and strike line 6 through the comma.
8. On page 12, line 19, after the first occurrence of "affiliation", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 20 and strike line 21 through the comma.
9. On page 13, line 18, after "party", insert "or a political party not".
10. On page 13, line 18, strike "but" and insert in lieu thereof "and".
