HOUSE BILL 269

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

 

     2. On page 3, strike line 25 and on page 4, strike line 1 and

insert in lieu thereof:

 

     "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the

provisions of this act is January 1, 2026.".,

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
