has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

1. On pages 1 through 11, strike Section 1.

 

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

 

     3. On page 13, line 21, strike ", cannabis", and on line 25, strike ", cannabis".

 

     4. On page 14, line 10, strike ", cannabis", and on line 17, strike ", cannabis".

 

     5. On page 16, line 23, after the period, insert a closing quotation mark.

 

     6. On pages 16 and 17, strike Subsection G.,

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
