1. On page 2, line 18, before "a", insert "the ability of".

 

     2. On page 2, line 19, before the semicolon, insert "to dispense 340B drugs to the covered entity's eligible patients".

 

     3. On page 2, line 21, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma, and after "utilization", insert ", purchasing or other".,

 

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
