has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "TEN" and insert in lieu thereof "NINE".

    2. On page 2, line 20, strike "2034" and insert in lieu thereof "2033".

    3. On page 2, lines 22 and 23, strike the dollar amount and insert in lieu thereof "eighty-two million dollars ($82,000,000)".
