SENATE BILL 176

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 10, lines 5 and 6, strike "one thousand dollars ($1,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) or more".

    2. On page 12, lines 11 and 12, strike "unarmed combatants who are".

    3. On page 12, line 12, after "the", insert "maximum".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
