HOUSE AGRICULTURE, ACEQUIAS & WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 211

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 1, line 23, strike "FIVE" and insert in lieu thereof "TWO".

 

     2. On page 2, lines 22 and 23, remove the brackets and line-through.

 

     3. On page 2, line 23, after "programs", insert a semicolon and the paragraph designation "(3)".

 

     4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

 

     5. On page 6, line 21, strike "2029" and insert in lieu thereof "2026".
