    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 7, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Appropriations and Finance Committee Amendment 2.

    2. On page 1, lines 20 and 21, restore the deleted language and strike the underlined language, and on line 25, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a colon and:

         "A. prior to July 1, 2024, fifty-five percent;

         B. beginning July 1, 2024 and prior to September 1, 2025, thirty percent; and

         C. beginning September 1, 2025, fifty-five percent.".
